Being based in China gives the studio an advantage beyond cost: direct access to a mature lighting supply chain, rapid supplier communication and practical product-development feedback. We do not present ourselves as a single factory. We work as a design-led development studio supported by experienced manufacturing partners.
STRATA begins with natural stone because its mass, pores and geological layers give light something to reveal. Future collections will move into different materials, structures and lighting experiences.
